D5.10 General Rules for Finals Series
The finals series is the ultimate show case for our great game.
It is appreciated that it is a time of stress and also celebration
or upset for many. Without wishing to detract from the aura of the
series or dampen enthusiasm certain regulations must be put in place
to prevent the wrong image being put out. Thus the following regulations
will be strictly enforced.
i) Four responsible Club Officials must be in attendance for each
and every game in which a team from their Club is participating
or as rostered by the CCF. Such Club Officials will be responsible
to ensure that all CCF. Ltd. Regulations both existing and Supplementary
are adhered to and must report to and register at the Official Table
as designated by the CCF. Basically two will act as officials on
the official table and two will act as general ground officials.
Specific duties will be detailed prior to each finals series.
ii) Only the team coach, manager, trainer and listed reserve players
for the fixture in progress are permitted in dugout or designated
areas. No alcohol to be consumed or taken into dugout or designated
areas, refer also (vii) below. Such persons so permitted in the
dugout are to :-
a) With the exception of the Coach or manager who may utilise designated
area all others are to remain within the dugout and
b) Act in a responsible manner at all times.
c) Leave dug out in a clean and tidy state.
d) Vacate dug out immediately their game is over. Any person requested
to leave the dugout by a CCF or Club-Official must do so immediately.
e) NOTE. Any player sent from the field of play by the referee
is not permitted to remain in the dugout.
iii) All spectators are to remain behind the fence, ropes or spectator
lines at all times.
iv) Team sheets are to be completed no later than thirty (30) minutes
prior to scheduled kick off time.
v) Teams are to be presented to the Official Table at least twenty
(20) minutes prior to scheduled kick off times in number order with
I.D. Card in hand for checking.
vi) No drugs are permitted in Pluim Park.
vii) No alcohol is to be brought to Pluim Park at any time or under
any circumstances;
viii) Glass bottles or containers are not permitted at Pluim Park.
ix) Dressing sheds are to be swept out after use and left in a
clean and tidy condition.
x) All persons attending Pluim Park, including team officials,
players, spectators and supporters are to act in a responsible manner
at all times. Any person considered to be unduly under the influence
of alcohol, or in possession of or considered affected by drugs,
or who is acting in an abusive or offensive manner, or who is guilty
of vandalism may be evicted from Pluim Park.
xi) No abuse of match officials or CCF officials will be tolerated.
xii) No acts of vandalism, misbehaviour, unruly behaviour or offensive
language, including that contained in victory songs, will be tolerated.
xiii) Clubs are reminded of the provisions of Regulation B22 and
D6-10. (clubs & teams responsible for the conduct of their supporters,
misconduct can result in fines and forfeit of fixture)
xiv) No persons are permitted on the field other than participants
in match.
xv) No persons are to kick balls in goal mouths or on fields at
half times or in between games.
xvi) Only team members of teams participating in next match are
to enter field between matches.
xvii) If field is wet players or others are not to throw or kick
mud nor slide on field whether such is an act of celebration or
not.
xviii) Directions of CCF. Officials are to be complied with without
argument at all times.
xix) Additional Supplementary Regulations may be advised at any
time.
xx) Teams are to be prepared to kick off at least ten (10) minutes
prior to scheduled kick off time. Half time breaks in Junior games
will be 5 minutes only. Kick off times will not be delayed unless
we are behind schedule due to previous games or the weather. Teams
must be prepared to change venues at short notice if problems arise
with a ground due to weather or other circumstances.
xxi) If a problem arises the Club Official is to approach the appropriate
CCF Official. Direct approaches by coaches or other persons will
not be permitted.
xxii) Balls are not to be kicked on lawns in front of canteen,
official area or where they could enter field of play or be of danger
to the public.
xxiii) Club banners may be displayed at the ground provided they
do not obliterate any existing advertising or cause disruption of
vision to other spectators. Any banner or device or structure brought
into Pluim Park must be removed and disposed of correctly. No banner
considered offensive or in any way derogatory to any person, player,
club or team will be permitted. Determination in this matter will
be at determination of the Board or its delegated representative.
xxiv) A speed limit of 5 kph applies to the grounds of Pluim Park.
All vehicles must be driven in a quiet, responsible and subdued
manner at all times within the park boundaries and on public roads
adjoining the Park. All parking and advisory signs in the park must
be adhered to.
xxv) Any player sent from the field of play by the referee shall;-
a) leave the field in a dignified manner
b) after entering dugout remove or cover their playing shirt, collect
their gear, leave the dugout and proceed behind the fence immediately
by the shortest direct route
c) shall then act in a civil manner. Any further adverse action
will be taken into account by CCF judiciary. Refer subsections D5.10
(x), (xi) and (xii) above.
xxvi) Any breach of these Regulations could result in immediate
expulsion of the offender(s) from Pluim Park and if committed by
a team player or team official could preclude them and/or their
team from taking part in any game in the Finals Series. It could
also lead to the offender(s) and/or their team being precluded from
being presented with trophies or having any awards rescinded as
well as any prize money forfeited.
xxvii) For the purpose of these Regulations and any Supplementary
Regulations, which may be issued from time to time, any reference
to Pluim Park shall include any other venue utilised for Finals
Series matches.
xxviii) Copies of Regulations D5-1 through to D5-10 are to be given
to coach and manager of any team participating in the finals series.

xxix) These rules should also be brought to the attention of other
Club supporters who may attend the finals series.
xxx) The CCF may from time to time charge spectators an entry fee
and/or car parking fee determined annually by the CCF Management
Team.
xxxi) The CCF may refuse entry to Pluim Park to any person who
may be considered to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol,
who may in the opinion of the CCF be indecently attired or acting
in an abusive of offensive manner.
xxxii) A game started on one field can be concluded on another
at discretion of CCF officials.
